I highly do not recommend this agency I booked a flight half a year in advance and also bought the protection plan It showed that it would cover my ticket if I needed to change a few dates I had an emergency and called to switch the dates by a few days and still come back on the planned date and they said that the protection only covers injury illness or death in passenger companion or family member The fee to change the flight to 3 days later was almost 1000 The same amount as I paid for the ticket The agency transferred me from department to department and the problem couldnt get solved TICKETS ARE NON REFUNDABLE FEES ARE RIDICULOUSLY HIGH Its not worth the time and frustration     HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE

Ive used Cheapoair for flights before and I was very impress They were both under 100 I was looking to try a rental car and the app force closes on me after a while of being open Please fix for a 5 star rating I tried a week ago and it does the same thing           Starting to doubt
