It would be really useful if it was made better The interface is clunky and makes acquiring relevant data slow and sometimes frustrating On top of that the ETAs are often grossly wrong like a ETA of 30 minutes for the blue route which hits each stop roughly every 10 minutes in my case it arrived within 5 minutes        Has potential but doesnt live up to it

The home page doesnt refresh after I added favorites even when I click Refresh On the Stop when you click the refresh the buttons to refresh and add to favorites get cut off The bus times seem to update if you go to Stop and type in the stop number but not from the Home        Buggy but if fixed would be great app

I still prefer using bookmarks of my favorite stops Ive experienced differences in arrival times between the app and my bookmarks the bookmarks being more accurate Itd also be nice if touching a route from the home or favorite screen would take you directly to a map of the route        Awkward functioning app

This is going to save me tons of time in my four years as a medical student here Ive tried it and it works pretty well LOVE the GPSbased bus maps so you can track it A few suggestions 1 Theres a bug where if you tap a pin to gain detailed info about a stop on the map it shows you the LAST one you selected You have to go back to the map and tap the one you want a second time to get the info about that stop 2 It would be nice to be able to tap the buses on the GPS tracker and have them labeled inbound or outbound 3 I appreciate that clicking on a route shows you a map of the route but I wish clicking on a stop showed you a map of where the stop is Ive had to refer to Google Maps and then go back to the app to quickly determine where it is 4 If you ever expand the app please add a trip planner The online one steered me wrong with respect to when the buses run Overall though Im very glad this app exists              Great app with room for improvement

Im not pleased with my purchase I bought this app thinking it would help me with the bus system here at Iowa I couldnt have been more wrong and will be talking to the makers if this grewsome app I also smacked my friend Corey across his boot lipped face for telling me to get this app     Screwed up

Works great I wish it had a link to the schedule for each route so you can see when it leaves or returns to downtown but other than that its great                 Useful App

Even though it takes a little bit to get used to it is sooo convenient Makes my life alot easier to plan with its help A place for schedules like the paper ones would be a nice addition                 Love it

Why did the update remove the refresh since many people disable the auto update feature of iOS7 to save battery life Frustrating I have to get out and back into the app to see updated times Also the app does not move to landscape orientation for those of us on ipad Please fix     What happened

Love the new look for iOS7 however still kind of slow on refreshing and needs an alert feature that lets you know when youre about to miss your bus              Needs alert

This would be a great app if it didnt have so many bugs Arrival times and maps dont always loadrefresh and the overall layout and flow of the app are poor Definitely needs a good overhaul to make it worth my time Youre better off texting bongo directly or visiting the website instead of using this app Its unreliable     Very Poor App Needs an overhaul

The implementation of favorites and stops are pretty wonky Why not just have a button on each stop and route page to favorite it Right now I wind up going back to the list Sometimes Ill have to flip over to the stop view just to favorite a stop and I have to find it in an obscenely long and vague list eBongo also badly needs the future scheduled times not just predicted future times to be useful That all said I find this app extremely useful and am grateful for its release Good work              Its a start

Before the update this app was okay it froze up sometimes and was slow but I could find my bus Now it is horrible Favorites are deleted and even if you do refavorite a stop it doesnt work properly Please fix the app and stick with it This is an awesome service the app just needs serious help     Dont Update

I bet this app was programmed by some grad or even undergrad students The stops name on the homepage are undefined and sometimes it will delete your saved routes           not worth 4stars but ok

Favorites dont work You tap them and nothing happens        Needs more testing

Though it is nice to have an app to use the lack of allowing to find a stop close to your current location or searching stops or routes properly Also the favorites are nice but loading by reverse stop number is annoying For this app to be better it would be nice to order the favorites by stop or by route Also push notifications should be implemented in the future        Great App for previous users not for new users

This app used to be good and timely now it completely forgets entire routes and will randomly be close to on time This app is terrible Im late for work at least twice a week thanks to this horrible app     Terrible

Historically buggy Last OS update broke it severely frequently is wrong about the schedule or which buses are running     About as reliable as bus wifi

So glitchy its not even worth using The iowa city transit website is even worse It doesnt even open You people should take some notes on how the Ames bus system works Its a billion times better than Iowa city     awful

Im havning trouble marking my favorite most used stops with clicking on the stars           Good but

I updated which was a mistake the newer version is even worse You lose all your favorites and its slower I deleted it and reinstalled old version from my computer        Do not update

This app would help me so much if it worked Its such a tease because after 20 seconds you are at the menu you want and then crash              Crashes

The app only works half the time It takes ages to load the routes and stops and quite often it will crash and close suddenly Please PLEASE address this for a future update soon Id love to give this app five stars because its so handy and would be very helpful if it worked but it doesnt But seeing as theres no alternative this has to do           Great in theory but

I first cant find out how to put route in favorite Just Tap the star in the left side of the route name                 very useful

Well This was a good app though with some room for improvement Now its terrible My faves are gone the stop maps are gone though you can still see the route maps and the rather obvious improvements Id hoped for are nowhere to be found Way to fix was wasnt broken        Restore my faves

I thought the original was much better than 20 After updating I deleted it and synced the old version back to my phone from iTunes Now that 30 was released I tried it again I saved a couple favorite routes and tried to click on them from the favorites menu but they dont do anything Deleted and synced back to the original version again     Old version better

UPDATE 301 It refuses to work on cellular It says to turn on wifi for best results Except campus wifi is terrible for this app Ive only ever gotten it to work on cellular It has never worked on campus wifi the connection is too slow so why cant I just use my cellular UPDATE Its not working on wifi either     USELESS heads
