The app used to work well enough to track grades and contact teachers but the update does not show any of the student s grades in parent mode It is also less user friendly I have to log into my child s account to see anything Please fix the interface and functionality Update rendered the app useless Busy Admin

Last year my school district adopted Edsby Although it was hard to get used to at first I have learned how to use Edsby efficiently Thinking on the top of my head the main things I would love implemented in the future would be to have a more efficient calendar Reminders about assignments ETC and the ability to easily download document my teacher put out Right now I have to use Safari just to download a document Could be better but useful

Edsby is a great way to keep in touch with teachers administrators and guidance It also allows me to see my sons grades which get updated weekly I recommend school to start using this grading tool to help guide your students to success Great

I hardly ever write reviews but I am incredibly frustrated Teacher here Edsby was adopted by our district with much fanfareit was going to change how we communicate with kids and parents All it has been is a disaster The webbased software is filled with bugs and lacks even basic functions like printing a gradebookbut this app is even worse I cannot do simple tasks like viewing a students info without it freezing or crashing Inputting or changing grades is an exercise in futility because the buttons dont work correctly the actual toucharea for the function is sometimes a halfinch away from the apps keypad so I have to blindly mash my finger on the screen and hope I hit the right spot Dont bother trying to give any sort of posts a datethe calendar doesnt work at all and unfortunately if you dont give a graded assignment a date the software wont include it in any averages All this is on a good daysometimes I cant use it at all because I get a barrage of errorundefined messages This is a real problem for me because I use my iPad as the primary means of input and communicationI can move with it around my classroom as I am helping students and I am hardly ever sitting behind my desk I dont understand how a company can release software solutions to schools charge them lots of money for it and still cant even get basics right after a full year of your users dealing with oopswell fix it We expected more Edsby Awful
