GoPro App

I updated my phone to iOS 9 and now everyone I go into app it just crashes before any screen shows up     IOS 9 crashes

Days after the iOS 9 release and still no update from GoPro The app crashes and never loads With all of the time GoPro had to ramp up while iOS 9 was in beta there is no excuse to have a broken app Makes my 400 cameras a pain the butt to use     No iOS 9 support

it crashes all the time when in ios 9 and my go prondoes not have a symbol in its name to make it crash please fix this problem     crashes

After updating to iOS 9 I was disappointed to learn that my GoPro would no longer connect to my phone I was even more disappointed when the GoPro app update would crash on the loading screen     App Crashing While Loading

The app no works I try use the app for months and only freeze my iphone I can use the app turn off the photo access and control the gopro camera for rec video and take photos but no can view edit or save on phone because photo access is off     App unusable

Finally decided to invest into a GoPro only to find out that the app is not compatible with iOS 9 or later Completely ridiculous Get it together If you want to be a leader in technology you have to stay up to date with other technology     Highly Disappointed

Good app Particularly for exploring different setting which are a pain to see with the dimly lit screen on the GP4 When is the Apple Watch app coming out              When is the Apple Watch app coming out

This app used to be terrible but the last updates have really improved it My camera connects easily and stays connected which used to be an issue Like the option to only download a clip of the video              Updates have improved this app

This app is awesome and all of these users complaining about the betas not working should not be beta testers or allowed to leave reviews Plain and simple Why would a company waste time developing their app for a system that is not finished and has bugs within itself Beta users should be aware that apps will not fully work with their system until the public build is out and be upgrading at their own risk GoPro released a new version 210 to fully support iOS9 only a few days after it was released That is totally reasonable and its not the end of the world if your app is a bit buggy for a couple days Relax guys This app works great                 Awesome App

New version released today sep21st does still not work in iOS 9 Guys please get it together or Ill have to return my gopro I paid for this feature and its not working     iOS 9 Crash

its unbelievable that a company or GoPros size is so slow to update and fix incompatibilities with public betas even the update to fix iOS 9 wasnt out until after the public release the note they have added to the release notes that says to use beta software at your own risk is a joke and an excuse only GoPro seems to have these issues and it is extraordinarily frustrating since I havent once been able to connect my Hero 4 Silver to my phone and use the newest features for sharing my photos and videos     iOS 991 Fail

I wish this app would work because when I push the wifi button and go to settings it doesnt show the gopro wifi     Problems

It used to be a mediocre app that I would use to turn my camera on and off and change the settings Now after the updates the app doesnt even turn on it crashes and force closes right away     Crap app

Please do release an update for iOS users using iOS91 There are a lot of people under iOS91 who cant make use of this app because the update is not supporting iOS91 It would be much appreciated if you could release it as soon as possible     Update for iOS91

The last time I used the app it worked perfectly and I could get all my pics from my go pro to my phone now it wont even let me get on the app it will go to the go pro screen and then go back to my home page I have deleted and downloaded it 8 times and still nothing Its really making me mad because I want the photos on my go pro to be on my phone Pls someone help     It used to work and now it wont at all

For anyone who hasnt yet made the mistake of buying a Hero 4 my advice is DONT The thing is a functional nightmare I can rarely get through a single video session without the wireless app connection failing After rebooting the app then the phone I tried to repair the camera per the app instructions and the menu pairing tab disappeared I then reinstalled the app updated the camera software and it still refuses to pair When GoPro cant be bothered to provide working software for an iPhone they might as well throw in the towel Im selling this userhostile piece of junk for whatever I can get     GoPro Hell

Love the practicalityportability of the camera itself I rarely use the app because Im often using the camera in extreme conditions or else Id be using my phone right The app comes in handy when transferring information Main issues for me app has no real support on how to change settings for various environments learn for yourself sort of deal app takes a few minutes to connect EVERY TIME What prompted this review compatibility iOS 9 is out my iPhone and iPad are updated Im on vacation and viewing pictures Ive taken on my GoPro cannot be done Im a beta tester for Apple and have iOS 91 if 90 is not even supported yet who knows when 91 will be Love the product dislike that you must heavily rely on an app with inconsistencies     iOS 91 Not Supported Get it together

I RECENTLY TOOK PICTURES AND VIDEOS ON 1080P I WAS ABLE TO SEE EVERYTHING UNTIL I UPDATED THE APP WHICH IS SUCCESSFULLY DOWNLOADED NOW I CANT SEE MY LATEST MEDIA ONLY MEDIA FROM 1 MONTH AGO AND ONLY WAY TO DO IT ON THE APP IS TO GO TO THE MEDIA TAKE SD OUT AND PUT IT BACK IN IF NOT IT WILL SHOW NO MEDIA THAT IS REALLY ANNOYING ME RIGHT NOW PLEASE FIX THIS NEW UPDATE     MY PICTURES AND VIDEOS WONT SHOW

Connection with my iPhone 6 is down right pathetic and basically useless I got so frustrated trying to get my iPhone to connect to my Hero 4 Black reliably that I ended up getting the LCD backpack This must be GoPros grand scheme ATTN GoPro My camera still freezes when I attempt to update the time and date on it Im not the only one with this problem I have updated my firmware twice using the SD card method So disappointed     Terrible app for such a professional camera

I bought the GoPro session due to the app capabilities and was excited to check it out only to learn that it wasnt compatible with iOS 9 Waited and waited for an update which didnt come so I returned the session and got the silver to have some functionality Now again same issue no functionality on iOS 91 which isnt a fully featured update This means that the app wont work every time Apple updates their app Get on this GoPro give us confidence that you treat this app seriously as well as the customers that use it     Wow What a Fail

A company as large as GoPro should have resolved this by now The app didnt work at all with any ios9 beta and even with ios9 fully released there is still no update resolving the issues Previously couldnt connect to any GoPro tried multiple and now will not even open Crashes everytime Unacceptable for many of us who use these professionally Ive had to resort to an iPod touch running ios8 to use it     Does not even open

Hi guys its not the app its the firmware Ive downgraded my gopro hero4 firmware to V0200 from V0300 Now everythings seems to be okay Connecting wifi fixed Hopefully gopro update fix their firmware asap to avoid bad review           Something wrong with gopro firmware not the app

I liked the app in the past not so much anymore The last update eliminated the ability to download time lapse videos or low res videos over wifi to my mobile device Now I can go fish for the old cable and plug it in to my computer I thought we were moving forward        App update features LESS functionality

This app has worked exactly 1 time in 3 years I have 3 cameras of differing generations and it works on none of them     I wish I could give negative stars

Overall this app is one I use the most I film a lot and I like to look at my videos through the app but lately the app has been crashing Please get this fixed     Go pro app

Doesnt work for iOS 91     Fails to load

I liked this app when I need to use my camera as a dashcam I used the app to make sure I had a good field of vision and to start the recording Now the app wont even open It gets to the initial loading screen freezes and then crashes Does it on both my iPhone and iPad     Can not use anymore
