This was a wonderful app Was is the key word I MISS THE COUPONS At least the nag screen is gone Save trees and bring back my digital coupons I am not alone in this thought Wow its amazing they still dont care after all this time This has lost its place on my phone Ill keep checking reviews till they make it right     Extra crappy

The app is garbage like the rest of the reviews say Heres what you do when you go to JoAnns to shop Open Safari on your phone go to JoAnns website at the very top right of the site hit the coupons button Turn up your brightness and give your phone to the cashier You can use ALL the coupons listed so if theres a 40 off entire order coupon AND a 50 off one item coupon you can use both That being said none of the coupons on the website and the email show up in the app Theres a feature on the app that actually makes it even more comically useless it has a section that says Recently Expired coupons Really     There should be a 0 star option

Its an ok app but I wish I could shop on the app instead of online I rather just search Joanns online then go to the app and it bring me online           Its good but

I just wish I could shop in the app and that I could get all the mailer and email coupons in the app why else should I keep it on my phone the interface isnt bad though        Over all bleh

I use to use the app for the convenience of having the coupons on my phone instead having to bother keeping track of little clipped out bits of paper For the previous several months the 304050 percent off coupons havent been showing up in the app so the apps been sitting unused on my phone tying up memory while Im stuck with the bother of keeping track of physical coupons instead Finally deleted the app off my phone for good today     No longer useful for coupons

Downloaded the update and now I do not get the coupons I liked when the coupons were available on my phone and I didnt have to worry about having the flyer with me Now every time I open the app it says there is an updatea definite glitch in the app that needs attention     Very disappointed

Im limited to how often I can get out and how long I can stay out I count on ads to decide where I go and what I do Your new upgrade crashes every time I try to look at it Needless to say if I dont know up front if you have what I need then I have to go where I know I can get it Please fix this problem     Crashes

I downloaded this app for the coupons and I get MUCH better coupons via text email and the website For example right now my app says There are no current coupons but I literally JUST got an email with 4 coupons in it one of which was 60 off a cut of fabric pretty killer coupon So whats the point of this app taking up space on my phone Why cant they load all the coupons into the app     coupons

Every time I open the app theres a notice that theres a new version 308 available Problem is Ive already updated to that version Ive tried deleting and reinstalling to no avail I cant get the current sales flyer or coupons anymore           This version has a glitch

This app used to be great I could count on it to have the coupons and the cashiers knew what was there too Now it is a waste of app space Nothing but the useless 40 off all your custom framing needs Ive waited through several new versions thinking they were working out a delivery bug Nah theyve taken whoever knew what was going on off of it I guess Do not bother downloading this app     Ruined it

Almost everything directs you to the website You should be able to sign into your Joanns account and access your wish list and coupons that I get through email     nope

Been using this app for a long time I really liked how the flier coupons would appear in the app so I wouldnt have to make sure I had the flier with me An update or so ago the app stopped showing them I thought the most recent update would fix it Now I get the message that a new update is available when I launch it Unacceptable        Disappointed

What happened to the coupons Why does the app ask you to update even after you updated This is awful Id like the old version back At least I got coupons instead of pointless pop up notifications     Bad update Ruined app

The sales associate told me the app has great coupons It does not You are better off grabbing a flyer when you walk in And the store hours listed are not accurate Dont bother     No good

Use to use this app all the time for the coupons Now Im removing it from my phone as its just a waste of memory     No more coupons

Where do I start App constantly tells me a new update is available takes me to Apples App Store where it says its up to date Coupons for 4050 off no longer available in app Store employees tell me I have to print them off the web site now Really To top it off finding locations takes forever App cannot locate where I am I have to type in address hard to do when youre traveling I know where stores are near my home need locations in area when Im driving     Frustrating

Keeps prompting me to update but every time I try to update it wont let me Very frustrating     Not updating

Used to love the app because I could count on it always giving me at least a 40 coupon and 50 and 60 ones whenever Joanns was giving them out but for reason they have stopped putting good coupons in the app Since there arent any good coupons anymore and since the app only takes you to Safari when you hit the shop tab the app is pretty much useless Ill wait another month or so for the coupons to come back if they dont then Im uninstalling this useless app     No more good coupons

I love JoAnns love all the coupons but I wish I could shop for fabrics sewing machines etc all on the app Amazon does it and so do other companies but I hate the loop of going online on my phone having it suggest the app get the app only to come back online to shop This could be so much more        Wish you could shop on the app

Not sure about all the bad reviews but my experience with the app on my iPhone 5 with iOS 83 as were completely fine I have been able to access all the sale coupons without a problem                 Works every time

Have tried to update but nothing happens Would love to review 308 if only to get rid of annoying dialog that pops up every time I open app Used to have good off purchases coupons but lately just classes framing and shipping which I dont use     Wont update but nags about it

This app worked fine for me for months but for the last half a dozen times Ive tried to use it over the last couple months it simply doesnt load the coupons or ads I have deleted it and redownloaded it a few times and now it just kicks kicks me off when I try to go to coupons     Really doesnt work

This app never loads the current coupons that are sent an email When U first loaded the app a couple years ago all the coupons offered would be on the app Now if I see a coupon in my emails I go to the store to use it assuming its in my app but its not Very inconsistent On another occasion I was told that it takes time to upload the new coupons so there is sometimes a lag Lastly most coupons are not valid when you get to the store because most items are already on sale for a lesser discount which renders the coupon useless Its just a game so beware     Useless waste of time

I was hoping that I could grab the weekly coupons off this app but its not possible I still have to dig around in my email or find a paper mailer Your competitors make shopping with coupons so much easier This app doesnt do anything for me as a customer     Totally useless

I updated this app and when reloading it still prompts me to update Wake Ur IT people up already     Annoying Update after updating

I tried to run this app and keep getting a notification that a new version is ready version 308 When I click update it takes me to the App Store The app from the App Store results in the same upgrade notification when it launches Please fix The best workaround at present is to click the cancel button when the upgrade notification displays     Version 308 Notification Error

I have downloaded this app several times and it will not allow me to shop It wont allow me to go to the more option either I would love if they would fix this problem Thanks     The app doesnt shop

There was a time when this app included the sales flyer coupons but not anymore Now its only coupons for their over priced framing department classes on things you can FREELY learn watching YouTube and shipping for the online store but only if the subtotal is over a certain amount The online store is a joke The only way to even justify the outrageous prices is the convince that comes with getting the item same day at the brick mortar store Why even waste the time dealing with coupon codes for an online order when there is the same access to other businesses at better prices This shift to web stores is a trap for traded businesses like JoAnns it looks great on paper for the share holders but it can never fully factor in the competition that comes with such ease of use     Was once a good app

In spite of negative reviews I decided to try this because I wanted the mobile coupons Dont bother There are a few coupons but they are pathetic and NOT the ones in the sales flyer I get coupons from Joann by mail and email but they cant manage to make them available on their own app Its not worth the space on my phone deleting it     Waste of time

I used to use this app frequently when it had coupons Its the only thing I ever used it for Now there are never any coupons worth anything Not worth the space it takes up on my phone I have been shopping there less less because I rarely have my mailer with me since there are no coupons on the app to use I shop elsewhere Ill give them a little more time to bring back the coupons oh your measly 30 off coupon is not worth your linescheckout system then Ill delete the app probably stop shopping there altogether     What happened to the coupons

Like others my app has several issues after taking the most recent update Every time the app is opened it prompts me to update the newspaper sales flier hasnt updated and the weekly flier disappears as soon as I open the ads page Im very disappointed with the current version of the app     App update 308 is glitchy

There must have been an update since all these negative reviews because this app shows all the coupons and they are easy to scan at checkout Way better than the text coupons they promote in the store                 Coupons

I use this app at least once a week V 308 is awful Like most constant update available every time I open the app no ads shopping link isnt functioning Post haste repair and v309 would be welcome and the sooner the better And app support button takes you to the contact Joanns email site Email subjects from the drop down have nothing to do with IT or tech support     Fix the app Please

This is just disappointing It markets exclusive coupons but the website has coupons the app doesnt Plus you have to open each one separately which is going to annoy the cashier at checkout when he normally just scrolls down on the website This one may end up getting deleted if I dont see why special coupons soon     Disappointing

This app is simple yet effective I use it mostly to loo at the store ad and coupons and it does both of those smoothly This update fixed an annoying bug from the last one The coupons work perfectly Theres not a 40 percent off item coupon this week but thats not the apps fault                 Love this app

As if I needed more reasons to not shop at Joanns anymore Our stores carry very little papercrafting supplies and now the app isnt working No thanks permanent delete off my phone and headed straight to Micheals     Seriously
