My app is fully up to date but hasnt work at all for weeks Surprisingly the app is far worse than Metras ability to be on time I didnt think that was possible Horrid

Freezes every time I want to switch stations to a different Metra line I do this a great deal and need an app that can keep up Pretty much useless

This app is barely useful It only provides the scheduled times off trains not the actual times of real live trains Please Metra add this functionality Then youll have a worthwhile useful app Static schedule doh

This app is great when it works The past few days it has been frozen Deleting it and reinstalling it does not help Waited for an update or something to unfreeze it
The only good thing about this app is that it gives you a countdown until your next train departs Apart from that it is basically nonfunctional At times the departure times are wrong the app interface is very clunky Most importantly the app does not show when trains are delayed The stops are updated as if every train is exactly on time Since this is clearly not the case in reality youre better off using your phones internet browser because at least that service works Youre better off using a web browser

This app was great for the first 6 months I used it its simple and I appreciate that it knows to reverse the schedule during the second half of the day During the last week however its been freezing constantly Ive barely been able to use it and a couple times have had to go through the Metra website in Safari to get the information I need Ive been checking to see if theres an update I need but havent downloaded but so far I havent found one I liked this app a lot and would like to continue to use it Freezes on UPN schedule

I ride the train into the city every couple of weeks so I dont have the train schedules memorized This app is extremely easy to use it is always accurate and a must have for anyone that rides the train Must have app Accurate Easy to Use
This app is horrible It does not show the right times I gave it a second chance and it failed me again It displayed a time that was nowhere near when the train was coming Use the mobile website and dont waste your time with this app Horrible
Metra is great Metra
Use this app all the time to check metra schedule for work Always accurate and easy to use Only very minor drawback I wish alerts were a little more clear delays closures etc since there is always an alert somewhere on the metra line you have to check every time to see if the alert applies to your trip Not even sure there is a way to avoid that since the alerts just feed off metras site and thats how they appearas a list Great app accurate
I ride the Metra most days all year long The app works great for my needs which are helping me know what my train departure options are and the count down timer until the next departure I walk to the train so I find this very helpful Metra is better at rush hour with on time performance The only knock is that off rush hour or when the trains can run 10 min late or some other rush hour delay the app doesnt account for these Use it nearly every day
I loved this app because I wouldnt need a sheet of paper that extends to resemble an actual map I wouldnt need wifi to access the time tables for my destination It also would tell me how long I had until my train arrived Now it refuses to show me any lines and if it does it freezes Please fix this as I am a daily commuter with a terrible memory for times Worked well for four years not its going nuts
Gives me my route and all other routes to and from Chicago and with accurate times Doesnt even need wifi Does the job
