This app has two few items and within the categories less options then one would find on the full site or mobile site This is very discouragingI was in the store today needing to look at Frenchdoor refrigerators struggling with the app only to discover that they were not included in the app I will likely not use the app in thefuture and pull up the mobile or full site on my smart phone Too limited

This app on your phone is pretty valuable for researching ratings on the fly If youre in a store thats having a big sale on something you need this app allows you to take advantage of the sale without unwittingly taking home a clinker I hope CR continues to improve and enhance this app more info would be helpful CR mobile app

Give an option to launch into a search It took forever to download all of the homepage data which I wasnt interested in Takes too long to launch
When I finally find something Im looking for it is generally after browsing the alphabetic list as opposed to using the search field For instance type in the word grill in the search field and it comes up with nothing however grills are an option when browsing Sorry consumer reports but this consumer thinks you guys could do better Search features are lacking

I dislike the app knowing what it could be if they werent trying to make more money through the additional car app and through paper subscriptions The searchable database is severely limited and has only a few select categories Essentially it feels like a freeware version of a fullfledged program except that I still do pay for the online subscription and theres no premium version Should be titled Consumer reports lite

I joined Consumer Reports to help price out and get reviews for a car I wanted to buy The car model was not reviewed I also tried it for some other items but found that many reviews were so dated that they werent useful Disappointed with the service and the app Laudable goals not very useful

This app in need of an upgrade While it functions well on a phone It does not function well on an iPad when you move it to a horizontal position In an era of keypad covers it can drive you crazy twisting and turning the screen to see what you want The content is very good A bit Dated

I love having this app When you are out and about looking at possible purchases you dont have your library of past issues of CR at your fingertips This eliminates the need for thatusually I have found some items that simply arent loaded into the APP but I certainly remembered seeing articles in the mag Also sometimes it is not intuitive during searches Those are only reasons I dont give it a 5Star rating Convenient as HE Double Hockey Sticks
