Estately is a quick intuitive app that gives me the details on properties Im interested and never bothers me with what I havent asked for 5 stars for ease of use and quality content                 Makes househunting easy

Yes this is my favorite real estate app It is insanely well updated to the current market and provides the number of days a home has been listed which Redfin doesnt And thats important However it could use better filters Type it yourself cost parameters would be ideal but even 25000 breakdowns would be nice ie with a 275k budget its annoying I have to see all homes up to 300k Etc There should also be a hit counter if youve had a thousand hits and hundreds of saves on a home in my area you can be assured its going for a sale price well above list Sometimes therefore ruling out the home Would be nice to know that instead of having to flip over to Redfin to check And if Im being picky the school rating parameters that zillow offers are fantastic I LOVE estately dont get me wrong it is my go to app because its easy and accurate But with a few changes this could be the app to end all real estate apps                 My favorite real estate app But

Easy to access utility information unlike other apps with a click of a button One of my requirements in a house is public water and sewage and gas so this helps save time a great deal for me                 I love the search by school filter

Its ok but ever since the update and even before it randomly shuts down and now it wont save or hide property Some propertys dont show an estimated monthly cost           Ok

Easy to use great layout I love the fact that it lists the walk score                 Great app

I had been using Zillow Estately is far superior Has up to date and accurate information allowed me to find properties before my realtor even had a chance to tell me a new property was on the market Only addition I would love to see is if a certain property is charged melloroos                 Great app

This is by far the best real estate app Not only are the listings easy to read and navigate but the search functionality is superior to any I can search by specific school district and the quickworking map makes it easy to search listings by area quickly and easily Lots of other search options too Love Estately                 Best real estate app

I really do enjoy the app the navigation is easy the pictures are great all the information I need is there My only problem which has become really irritating is that it will crash Constantly I can be on it just looking through pictures it freezes then crashes Other than that I love the app                 I enjoy it

This app is easy to use and love how you can save multiple searches you can draw your search area search by school district etc not all homes are listed on estately or the listing doesnt have all of the pictures like other sites do which is a downer Otherwise its an incredible app for home searching                 Great app for home searching

We recently purchased a house and Estately was the first app to have the house on it It was a great price point and within four days there were multiple offers including ours We got lucky and ours was accepted If it werent for this app we might have missed out on our first home                 One of the best apps out there

I stumbled upon Estately purely by accident I was using Zillow and Century 21s apps to find a new home Both sites gave me conflicting information and while doing the research to figure out which one was correct I found Estatelys website I searched thru the website to find the correct information and also discovered that they have apps You can touch the address and it asks you if you want to open up the address in maps or your navigation app It gives you the most accurate and up to date info So much better than all f the other sites I will find my next house and I will find it with the help of Estately                 Best Real Estate App
