The orders pane is useless because its never accurate It doesnt update or sync properly and displays information seemingly randomly Before releasing an apple watch app fix the phone app This has been an issue for nearly a year now Whats the hold up     Convenient but unreliable

Can not give refunds on shipping Can not edit the wording in the product listing description Can not archive orders after theyve been fulfilled I like how you can see all your orders in one place without logging in every single time Its very basic           Needs a few improvements

because I was just making sure or else our products are useless           does it give you money in real life or do they keep it

app used to be fine until it updated i sell Items on this app and i cant upload any pictures of the items please fix my buisness is failing due to this        please fix

Please increase the amount of options to add products to be on par with the desktop version of admin     Needs more options

Great for a quick overview of your store You can do some stuff such as fulfill orders with tracking info or add variants to products A useful tool because its always in my pocket I havent experienced any lag                 Comes in handy

Its only function is to notify me of sales It also gives me quick sales numbers from the past day week month and quarter The quarterly 90 day doesnt work at all Everything has to be done on the computer        Meh

My app worked very very good Then I upgraded and bam The ear thing has to stop Like other people I live in headphones and switch from music to calls and occasionally switch to other apps while on the headphones SHOPIFY tech nerds be my guest and try full blown volume numbing your ear drums Horrible In addition for past 48h my Dashboard is locked and shows me 6 visits from Facebook This is not true and I contacted SHOPIFY but they dont even seem to know that this app is bugged badly after the update I removed it and got it back from Apps twice today to reboot it but in vain In the whole mess I subscribed to GoogleAnalytics RealTime and word and may stay off from SHOPIFY app for a while Not happy zero stars     Hate it

It would be perfect if it allowed you to create orders and take payments directly from your mobile But no Only in the US Canadá Terrible        Not useful un México

This is the most inept company when it comes to mobility They clearly went low bidder on the programming and it shows Nothing ever works and their support team is useless     Awful

I use the shopify app to keep an eye on my business and site traffic any time of the day Its UI is clean and streamlined with just the right amount of functionality for a mobile app              Business on the go

I recently switched from Squarespace to Shopify due to the sales pitch from Shopify Sales at a tradeshow I was told the mobility far exceeds the capabilities of Squarespace and the integration between payment processing and websales would be seamless I have yet to experience either The mobility issues have inconvenienced me with accessing visitor counts which in turn means I need to check Google analytics to get some sort of number integrationmerrrp Integration between websales and mobile payments are very basic Im unable to send invoices which a lot of my clients are accustomed to Why am I paying an additional 50 per month for a service that has so many mediocre elements that have so much more potential Horribly disappointed     Horrible Update

Been using this since September and love it Never had a problem until last week I have had to uninstall 3 times bc when I delete a variant of a product the wheels start spinning and dont stop I have to uninstall it to get past that screen Please fix        Whats Happening

I enjoy the convenience this app offers I get real time views notifications and I can make some minor changes to the store What I would really love to be added in order to leave a 5 star review the ability to post blog post directly through the app the ability to leave in depth product descriptions on items added to the store from the app Other than me wanting these two thingsI enjoy the ease the app provides for on the go business management              I really do love this app

Ok this isnt 1 star for the platform of shopify its a five star platform But the latest version of the app has me fuming Not everyone uses the card reader feature in fact like many people I just open the app to check our daily numbers Not perform a transaction In this latest update EVERYTIME I open the app it demands I enable microphone access for the card reader I keep looking for a way to turn that off with no luck Finally I give in and enable it Heres what happens every time it WOULD have prompted me to turn it on instead it sends a FULL VOLUME obscene computer sound right into my ears via the headphone First time it scared the life out of me the 2nd and 3rd causing me to be closer to deafness You have to fix this and let us disable this once and for good or just say NO THANKS I DONT USE A SWIPER Ugh my ears are still wringing     PLEASE fix the headphones thing

The noise from the card reader when u have headphones plugged has me seriously concerned about the damage done to my ears You cant turn it off or get it to stop Now on top that the visitor counter in the app just flat out isnt even working It makes you wonder if shopify even had someone test the new version at all before putting it out You cannot be making mistakes like this update at this stage in the game for you shopify Fix this app     Wow what a Fup

I primarily use this app to check sales onthego and box up my open orders at my shipping location where I do not have access to a desktop PC So a few key flawslimitations pertaining to open orders and order data make this app only good when it could be great 1 order status does not correctly updatesync when swiping down to refresh order page So its hard to tell which orders I have already filled 2 the text entry field is cut off for orders where customer entered more 2 lines of text in the personalization details text field associated with each of my items 3 the gift note field is also cut short so that I cannot view the complete gift note for the order           Good but a few key shortcomings

Decent app Wish I could add discount codes and edit product descriptions right through the app rather than having to log into the actual site Other than that no complaints              Could be a little more convenient

I really like shopify as a whole its a great inventory management system I love that its a mobile pos it is user friendly and has a clean look I like that I can upload straight from my phone However I wish I could give detailed descriptions of my products Creating new collections directly from the app would make it very easy to drive sales I also wish I could process payments offline I would like to create discounts directly from the app And also would be nice if I could blog using the app And if I could purchase postage directly through the app for shipping Or if it could post your new products directly to social media with a share button that would be innovative Waitwhy do I like this app again           Its good but not the best

I am not being notified of any sales my store makes and my customer counter is no longer working It was fine before the update but now it is not functioning at all Please update this app so we can continue to use it     PLEASE FIX THE APP AFTER NEW UPDATE

Great concept but still needs work Its push notifications dont work all the time You can no longer cancel orders from the app as it errors out When you could cancel an order it wouldnt restock the item I like the visibility it provides but still needs work           A little sluggish and buggy

I absolutely love this app its a great way to keep track on my business when Im not home The great thing about this app is that you get notified when you have a new order It shows you a picture of what person ordered and how much they paid and all their information It help you keep can eye on how much traffic your websites getting and keeps count of how many people have viewed your website that day I absolutely love it              Shopify

Was really hoping to be able to do a lot more from a mobile device with this app but it clearly is just a sticky note of your current sales and orders You cannot check payouts create an itemedit an item manage discounts or gift cards see any kind of metrics for traffic edit blog adjust settings etc So many other things it should be able to do but you get the pictureThere definitely needs to be a complete overhaul of this app in order to make it worth a spot on your device Come on Shopify you can do better than this     Great ecomm platform Useless app

I am Still playing with shopify app As a sculptor I was hoping to find an ecommerce platform that allowed me to add items easily and completely and quickly from my iPhone This is not fast or complete by a long shot but it is a start It feels like a 12 built app they just abandoned but still took it live           A whole lot better than nothing but

Hi My shopify app was working perfectly until the most recent update It makes this horrific ringing noise as soon as the app is opened The visitor count on the app is also not working It is displaying the same numbers that the website dashboard is showing I love the app so please fix asap           New update not the best
