I bought this app to record Comcast support calls since they keep changing their story and it wont record the call I get the process but as soon as I click to merge the calls it disconnects the Comcast Audio every time Waste of 10     Doesnt work

This app is great records all my calls with great clarity it would be nice if it started a little sooner but I get what I need recorded              Excellent app

The Pro version of this app is definitely worth the purchase It is easy to use I record training calls in my business that I can listen to later I have also used it in grad school to record phone interviews as part of my research I can listen back during the course of the assignment and then delete The recorded file is available immediately after the call and can be uploaded right to Dropbox google docs etc Ive recently seen many more options added for sharing the files I love that I can give my own label to the recordings The app continues to improve and Ive only paid for the onetime Pro upgrade Definitely worth it One thing I would love to see added is an option for transcription I would pay for an upgrade or second app which works with this one to transcribe my recordings Overall though loving this app Thank you so much                 I love this app

This app is so straightforward it is wonderful Just open a session add a call to the session and merge the calls and it does the rest Automatically records the session and saves it to the app Very convenient for phone interviews for future reference              Very helpful

I do a lot of telephone interviews and really love the easy method with which I can tape them using TapeACall I can easily merge the TapeACall whether I make the call or I receive one It has simplified my interviews and the playback is easy to use I also like that I can backup the recordings to my DropBox with the app                 Great app for interviews

We need to future to be able to rename each record to what ever name we want to rename it to I did the upgrade today and I thought I can do the rename thing but I was wrong Can you guys please add that to the next update Thanks                 Love it

Trust and honesty are a big thing nowadays that a lot of people dont believe in with this app I am able to keep people honest with what they tell me over the phone They cant say I dont remember saying that or I didnt say that because I say I have proof I have recorded a conference call with no issues                 Awesome

This app does everything that it says it will do Perfect for long conference calls Easily can be shared across iTunes or even manipulated in GarageBand I think its a definite must for any one that wants to promote any business calls to people who cant call in and listen to a recording to willingly Just download the Recording and send it to them either via text message or email Awesomeness                 Amazing

While this app works well be it used in standard phone position on speaker or with earbuds microphone I learned a critical lesson today You have to hit the merge calls button otherwise the app wont record anything but silence for the length of your conversation A hard lesson to learn when youre depending on the app to capture a conversation without a hitch              Fantastic until its not sort of

I tried testing this app and got silence with it I did everything according to the instructions by pressing merge call but it still recorded silence This app works Im sure if you keep struggling with it but I cant afford to lose a recording due to the capriciousness of its setup I highly suggest the creators make recording easier and less unpredictable     Too easy to mess up

I have used this app to record interviews for journalism and PR work for almost a year now Its never failed me once                 Simple and does its job

I have only been using this app for a couple of days now but so far everything is working just as described no issues other then when I turned in tone beeps on or something to that effect and it was very noticeable but as soon as it was back off it worked beautifully once again                 So far so good

Looking forward to a smooth session of an important phone recording we were disappointed After finding out that the free version is useless we quickly purchased the 999 app and logged in After watching the instructive video it should have been easy to record however to our surprise we could not find the recording Expecting to find it in the settings it turned out to be hidden behind a little arrow on the front screen in case you were wondering App is cluttered with ads for other overpriced apps hawked by the company On a better note the recording quality is beyond reproach In our frustrated search for the recordings on this poorly designed app we came across the free almost and pleasantly designed NoNote        Lack of intuition and design

Worked when I tested it then when the important call came and went this app completely missed it 25 minutes of silence Glad I paid 9 to miss the most important interview I had     Works only occasionally

Some states laws allow you to record via the one party consent rule which is extremely helpful when you need to document conversations Ive used this app while going through a divorce with children and a guardian involved and its extremely easy to use Ive tried using recorders but having the app built in to the phone makes the clarity much better as well as easy to share I would definitely recommend this app Well worth the price tag                 Works Great

I bought the Pro version because I initially loved the app However after a few months and sending several customer support emails as well as comments on Facebook I am no longer a happy customer My problem is that after about 20 minutes the app stops recording and also disconnects the call Not good especially when Im talking to a client Id really like my money back but since I havent heard from Customer Support I know that wont happen either I just wish we could give a negative review because mine would be 5     No Customer Support

When this app works its great But there are times when it behaves as though its recording you have a file and its BLANK because as I was told by customer service the calls didnt merge How that can be is beyond me But if you need this for work to record interviews for publishing for example get something better I lost two 5060 minute recordings that I needed for work There were files but they were blank and you wont know until after the fact     Unreliable at best

Im writing a book and conducting hours of interviews by phone TapeaCall makes the process seamless I like that I dont have to limit the length of the calls so if we get into a good conversation I never have to stop the call and start over I highly recommend getting the Pro version I have not tried to record conference callsjust twoway conversations                 Such a Useful App

Im a busy freelance journalist and I use TapeACall Pro to record all phone interviews Once you get a hang of the process tap the bullseye add a call merge calls it works like a charm I can upload all recordings to Google Drive with a simple click Would highly recommend to fellow writers and journalists                 Works great

I use it all the time when I call creditors or companies that I pay monthly when I have a dispute Its best to put them on hold and start recording then merge calls because you cant type in numbers when you merge before youre connected with someone That is when you ask who you are taking to and their employee number plus ask if you called the correct company so its all on tape I love this app Court time for the ones who lie              Its an ok app

I enjoy your app it is very helpful for doing business I use it as my secretary to document all of my client communication and conversation with their knowledge What I dont like is that when I download your app to my new phone it doesnt give me the option to deny you access to my contacts or to deny you the right to send me updates and alerts No one likes to be given the option to choose then denied the choice to choose You need to fix this ASAP It wasnt always like this Is this an upgrade version or a glitch I will not download your app again or recommend if we dont have the choice to deny you access I would gladly give you a 5 but at this time the mandatory contact access and alerts is a major negative Please post when that is fixed     JVS

In a very heated custody battle and need every word recorded Seems to work really well so far The only thing that I would change is the connection time to merge the calls could be up to 30 secs which they warn you of but a lot can be missed in that time Aside from that its accomplishing what I needed it for              Only one problem

I record business and personal phone calls just in case I miss something during the call I can replay the call also sent the call to my email or iMessage The only thing I wish I could do is rename the calls so I can distinguish the phone calls also I wish there was another feature to add a note to the call list to let you know who you talked too Overall its a great app I wish I could find out the number that the app calls so I can add it to my frequent callers so it does not use my mines since I dont have unlimited minutes                 I love this app

Im an adult with ADHD Some of my most important communications happen on the phone Names dates times etc Even by taking notes the information can get jumbled or just doesnt have enough cues in it to jog my memory This app helps me keep my life organized and negative consequences away If I had a wish the app would just become my primary phone utility for both incoming and outgoing calls I highly recommend it for ADHD victims and even for the hard of hearing Oh also I wish transcript cost was much less I would use it a lot                 Life Saving App
