I signed up for yelp advertising because the salesman claimed 1300 local searches for my business category Antiques a month If this were true yelp advertising is no brainier because there are very few Antique stores in my area However only I got one click after 1300 impressions Spend your advertising dollars elsewhere Yelp Advertising is Wasted Money

We are a small business in the Atlanta GA area yelp has been a complete SCAM First off we have over 100 positive 5 star reviews for the past 3 years We started getting phone calls about advertising on Yelp from several different advertising agents We declined there offer of using our monthly advertising budget to start advertising with yelp Long story short about 3 months after we told the Yelp advertising agents we were not interested All of a sudden we had 98 Unrecommended reviews and 2 reviews were recommended which were 2 and 3 star reviews Again long story short failure to advertise with YELP I have a 2 star review This is the most untrustworthy business practice I have ever experienced Its upsetting that they are messing with businesses at this point I cant believe it testdrive a business before trusting YELP reviews HORRIBLE

I would give them 0 star but just like there filtering system that takes away my good reviews I dont have that option These people are modern day mafia and I hope will eventually fade away like yellowbook and dex Not a fair system for small business owners Beware The cost per impression is ridiculously high and they play God with your reviews Good Luck with your investors next quarter and so forth I would give them 0 star but not an option

One word can review this app worthless complete crap to be honest with you You cant manage anything ridiculously limited no iPad support Seriously what is this app for Sonofa

Modern day extortionists Let all of us business owners give them 1 star and complain until they get rid of that filtering system They have been sued several times for that and the corrupt judges sided with yelp We do know how that filtering system works though I hope yelp will die soon Tripadvisor urbanspoon are way better and without the scamming system that yelp has Yelp is mafia

I cant change any of my business info There are practically no options except to look at how many clicks youve received My clients reviews wont show up Yelp employees call me too often to ask if I want to pay for ads I have told the repeatedly that I dont and never will They keep asking I know that is more of a complaint about Yelp but I really am beginning to hate Yelp completely Useless

So Yelp makes an app for business owners It would be great if there was a redeem yelp coupon option in this app instead of having to go into safari on my iOS device and redeem coupons that way Please do this to get to five stars Redeem yelp coupons perhaps

we all know yelp is a joke for how they legally extort businesses to show good reviews but their app is event a bigger joke You cant set a default photo that represents your company BUT you pay them and suddenly you can Another bunch of BS from a company Ive lost all respect for Dont waste your time on this app Theres 5 minutes of my time Ill never get back Yelps a Joke So is this App

If the business owners paid for yelp then your business will add all the good reviews and those 4 or more stars into the overall stars Else it would leave out the equation overall Scam not legit

This app is trash Crashes constantly and yelp company hides reviews for companies that pay and wont hide reviewers that are fake on my account Someone left a review for a different company on my account and they so wont remove it unless I pay Company is out to take small business money Scammers

They got way too excited and released it before they finished it Not much you can do Useless

Yelp recommended me to download this app I think this app is very helpful to see and manage whats going on your page and ofcourse reply and engage with your customers Thumbs up for the app Great way to manage

I have been using Yelp professionally for about 2 years I started with their free service and liked tracking my performance and seeing new reviews fueling calls I test out the paid service and immediately saw a big bump in callsclicks Since then I have a monthly budget of 500 and it is not likely to decrease rather increase This app is userfriendly and helpful for tracking stats while on the go Good App for a Great Service

Well designed app but for it to be useful it needs to have the ability to redeem vouchers and add photos Will give 5 stars when that happens ADD VOUCHER REDEEMING PHOTO

I am a business owner that was taken in by a smooth talking Yelp advertising salesman The salesman talked me into dropping my other advertisements in order to pay the high 300 monthly fee Well advertising with Yelp was the biggest mistake Ive ever made as a business owner The Yelp ad didnt even bring in enough business to pay for itself Sadly for the first time in years I had to take on part time work just to pay the Yelp monthly advertising fee I now have to try to get to my prior advertisers and try to gain the top positions I use to have Beware Yelp will rob you blind Yelp is a waste of money for Business Owners

I dont know why yelp is so popular They forcing businesses to advertise with them who ever not they allow fake 1 star reviews on that business to screw up that business If that business advertise with them they will remove all negative feedback Yelp is such bs Yelp should be out of business

I was told that with the yelp business app I was going to be able that make changes and updates to my business page but after I downloaded it and clicked and enabled everything I could I realized that the app only shows you the statistics reviews or messages Theres nothing to add new pictures or edit the content So Ill be deleting the app is not saving me any time Useless

Recently a friend of mine whose son was arrested needed bail A call to Creative Bail Bonds in New York City and Los Angeles quickly was resolved by Seth Shapiro a bail bondsman for that office Very quick very professional FRIEND OF FAMILY

First off this app is really buggy Secondly I hate Yelps not recommended reviews section About 95 percent of my customers legitimate reviews end up not recommended Its so misleading and just plain dumb Their account executives are always trying to call me and sell me on their garbage too Give all my reviews some visibility and maybe well talk Really Buggy I also hate Yelps business practices

This app does NOT allow you to manage your Yelp business page at all All I can see are messages and leads I needed to change a Yelp deal and there was no way to do that much less anything else related to the page Worthless app Awful Appno use what so ever

If you dont get their advertisement service you can better be ready to kiss your butt Cause by that time they will most likely filter out most of your 5 star review and keep most of the negative reviews I experienced the most cleaver strategy I always check our business reviews and we had couple of negative reviews One day the yelp rep called to sell their advertising service and then I complained that there is no any point on putting advertisement when I have bad reviews on our website and I told them to call back when the boss comes at the restaurant to speak with him on that day I saw couple of negative reviews disappearing and the rep called back next day saying we have good average review but it didnt work out so boss refused then after few week the negative reviews came back to the account Their practice is open fraud

So ridiculous yelp reviews filtering system Will never pay a dime to you guys until you change your method of keeping legit reviews on your non recommended reviews Pathetic Release our reviews Yelp

When I found this app I was excited that I could manage my business page from my phone When I installed it and signed in I was very disappointed that the only thing this app does for you is to let you see whos viewed youre page I was hoping I could update my business hours and upload recent pictures of my business without doing it with a computer I hope someone that knows what theyre doing will rebuild this app and make it a great Yelp business tool Not Helpful At All
